Over the past few months, we have worked on the design and development of the new corporate website for the Health Research Institute of the Balearic Islands, one of the most important biomedical research institutions in the Balearic Islands.
A complex and demanding project, befitting an organisation with 57 research groups, 925 researchers and 365 active clinical trials managed each year.
The result: a trilingual website (Catalan, Spanish and English), with a clear information architecture for a wide range of profiles—researchers, healthcare professionals and the public—and integrated with the institution’s own tools, such as the Research Portal, the Intranet and the Employee Area. In addition, the project includes several bespoke developments to manage different areas of the organisation.
