Fòrum de l'Oli d'Oliva Verge Extra de Catalunya

On 2 October 2024, the first edition of FOOVE Catalunya took place - the extra virgin olive oil forum of Catalonia, organised by the Generalitat de Catalunya and the Ajuntament de les Borges Blanques. The event set out to address the major challenges facing the country's olive oil sector in a context shaped by rural depopulation and the climate emergency. Led by leading experts, the forum was structured around four round tables where the world of olive oil came together to think, debate and learn about production, gastronomy, health and distribution. Born as an extension of the Fira de l'Oli d'Oliva Verge Extra Catalunya de les Borges Blanques, FOOVE reflects a commitment to olive oil culture - particularly in Les Garrigues - and we contributed the graphic identity and website.
